Marpac is committed to sustainable manufacturing in Australia. Where possible all materials used in the production of our products are sourced from recycled or biodegradable local sources.

We don’t believe that sustainability and profitability need to be in conflict. In fact inputs such as recycled board in our composite cans represented an opportunity to save 1/3 of the material cost compared to the non recycled board - savings we shared with our customers. 

Who said you can’t bake your cake and eat it too?

Outputs such as stamped tin sheets for our penny leavers and square ends also offer opportunities to help the environment. All of our waste metals are collected and distributed for recycling which is another way we aim to be good corporate citizens.
